How To Register

Please read the registration instructions carefully for Grand Prix Cars and Motorcycles
as well as for Lunchtime Touring. All forms must be completed in their entirety for all driver entrants, crews, and passengers.

Grand Prix Driver Registration Instructions

The event is open to all historic and vintage cars from 1900 to 1965, and motorcycles from 1940 to 1965. We may entertain an exception if the car or motorcycle meets the event committee's exception criteria. Acceptance is at the sole discretion of the committee.

  1. Download the Driver Registration Packet PDF below by clicking
    on the download link. 
  2. Read the regulations and safety requirements carefully.
  3. Fill out the 2017 Grand Prix Race Car and Motorcycle Application Entry form.
    Include 3 photos of your car or 2 photos of your motorcycle.
  4. Mail in the form. Deadline is July 15th.  Do not include any entry
    fee until you are notified.
  5. You will be notified if your entry has been accepted or declined.
  6. If accepted, you have 10 days to send in the 2017 Grand Prix Driver
    Registration form and your $200 entry fee. If we do not receive your entry
    fee within 10 days, you will be put on a waiting list and we cannot
    guarantee your entry. 
  7. If you have crew members or a passenger, you must fill out and send in the
    2017 Crew and Passenger Registration form within the 10-day limit as well.

Returning Grand Prix Drivers

If you participated in last year's event, you will be given a preferential review by the event committee, but you must still apply for entry as outlined above. Sorry, no exceptions.

Entering the Lunchtime Touring Group

Lunchtime touring is open to vintage or historic road cars from 1900 to 1965. Again, we may entertain an exception if the car meets the event committee's exception criteria. Acceptance is at the sole discretion of the committee.

  2. Fill out the 2017 Lunchtime Touring Application Entry form.
    Include 1 or more photos of your car.
  3. Mail in the form. Deadline is July 15th.  Do not include any entry
    fee until you are notified.
  4. You will be notified if your entry has been accepted or declined.
  5. If accepted, you have 10 days to send in your $50 entry fee. If we do not receive your entry fee within 10 days, you will be put on a waiting list and we cannot guarantee your entry.
